Programs

JA India conducts programs for students class V – class XII students to help them become work force ready. Following a waterfall or phased program implementation approach, JA programs start by making them aware of the world of work and its aspects. Once students are aware, the focus changes to foster a deeper understanding of different professions, roles and careers and how students’ interests can lead them along different career and educational paths. JA programs help students connect the dots from their Interests to a Career Path.
